HSE Announces The Future of Health and Safety Conference 2015

The Future of Health and Safety Conference 2015, being held on Wednesday 4th March will provide delegates with the opportunity to explore the government’s vision for the future of health and safety.

The event is being held at Adelphi House, University of Salford, the Crescent, Salford M3 6EN

Delegates will also hear from experts and best practice case studies on how to develop simpler yet more effective health and safety procedures that improve occupational health and safety practices and how to develop innovative health and safety policies that save significant costs.

Key points addressed on the day will include:

Making health & safety work for both businesses and employees
Improving communication between staff and health & safety coordinators
Involving staff in the creation of a health and safety strategy
Training staff effectively and regularly to maintain high levels of workplace health and safety
Utilising technology to improve occupational health through data monitoring
Reducing the bureaucracy burden on companies
